After a few recent baby shower projects, I have a new found love for designing baby shower invitations! It's so fun to mix it up and step out of the wedding stationery world for a minute. I always strive for "cuteness overload" when designing baby shower invitations because they can be much more playful, whimsical and trendy than wedding invitations.
Jessica from Green Lily Bakery had the most beautiful baby shower for her sweet baby girl, Ilo. I was thrilled to be able to design the invitations, fit for the girliest of girls. Per usual, I immediately decided on watercolor floral accents! I paired the invitations with a vibrant coral envelope and a dainty polka dot liner. I'm pretty obsessed with the girly details and watercolor florals used throughout all of the baby shower signage. The goal of the shower- all things pink, peach girly and adorable. Let's just say the goal was MORE than accomplished and these photos by Sophie Epton surpassed all of my expectations. With a dream team of amazing vendors, this pink, girly baby shower came together so flawlessly!
Isn't Jessica such a stunning momma-to-be?! And that floral crown - so gorgeous! Welcome to the world, baby Ilo!
